@EatThisMaul terrorbird and war tortoise are very helpful so i'd sugggest you raise your summoning. but no you don't "need" bandos armor, it does however make getting the kc much easier and the nice str bonus can help with the boss. Wear black dhide top, torag legs, torag helm, d boots, b gloves and a zammy cape. then at least use a whip and like obby shield or dfs for weapons and shield.

@chas44cranky If you have a godsword you may be able to squeeze one kill in. But i'd advise against it, I have trouble soloing him and im 99 att, 94 str 90 def, 97 hp 80 summoning and 75 prayer. but it's up to you

@heckrazor w/ lootshare, loot is given in turns. with coinshare, anything with a value above a d-med helm is split into coins and then distributed evenly with the present clan members, and anything below a d-med's value is subjected to normal lootshare rules.
