Mingora City under grip of pollution

The city once known as the heart of swat is now the notorius place due to the polluting vehicles mainly due to rikshas and non custom paid ostintating youths. We must consider it as a vulnerable lavishment and discourage it by intoducing cycling, walking, vehicle-free weekends, cold fusions and solar energy-equiped motor engines. A revoloutionary step shuld be taken to repurbish this stagnating society.
