  • ...to try and tke his mind off things offered to help load in well you dont look a gift horse in the mouth :-) and he said he took his cap off to us for what we did and the hours we put in just on the day let alone what we did on the run up ot the events wished i had thought about it and took a quick video and testimonial off him as it would ave made a great answer when people said we dont have a proper job i think its mainly because they see it as a hobby job and we keep a full time job too

  • @drcrippen324 Well Andi it is refreshing when somebody, anybody, anywhere see's what we do and reconfirms the efforts we make. Maybe its just like anything else. You just hate to hear somebody speak out and point that figure without knowing what they are talking about. :)

  • We are not employed, we are small business owners. Many people don't understand all we do, so it is our job to educate them. I have clients all the time that have this kind of attitude, but when I show them just a little about what I do for every client from beginning to end, they understand a little better. I put in many more than 40 hours a week, and support my family. When I get someone talking like that, I ask them to explain. Then I show them what we really do...not just play music.

  • @MrBklein31 Good for you! But this needs to be done world wide to keep up the education of these people.

  • Hey Lee interesting video my friend some valid points and food for thought.

Maybe we should have a jobswap day and people would realise what we as dj's actually do :)

  • @aDJis4life That would be funny can you imagine lol! I'll be head of the London emissions zone and then that person can do my job for a day lol
