Geroge Carlin was a brilliant comedian, who's specialty was A)Spotting contradictions in human behavior and society and B)Poking fun at inconsistencies in the way we express ourselves thru language, words and phrases. He was also a harsh social critic and he was an "Equal opportunity offender"---He took no political sides and supported no causes. I miss his brutal honesty and his hilarious cynicism.

Shows how writing and reading not only keeps you from becoming a neo-con sloth, but it sharpens your mind.

Listening to Carlin makes me feel so liberated. It makes me want to stop all of the boring everyday 9 to 5 shit in my life, and go chase a dream or something. I write stand up when I'm bored, but I haven't worked up the courage to get on stage. I guess I should; "just stop giving a shit". Right? Listen to myself.

With a few fart jokes here and there. In his own words, "where would a comedy show be without a few fart jokes?"
