I love your talks. :)
I went through a very vulnerable phase in opening up, but I had so much fear. I still do not trust the world at all. Really did not like being vulnerable and exposed when I was aware of the open space of connectedness. If you ever feel up to it, and know what the distrust is, what can I do to trust?
I am completely shut off, so my mind thinks, and utterly empty yet crave feeling something inside-sadly, if a 'feeling' comes up in my chest I want it gone. Is there any help?
