  • I won an award in my school for deadlifting 3x my bodyweight 2 months ago at 200lbs(back then)with judged and highest-level performance form and stance, movement and no strain/struggle or injury and no belt either. :)

  • You lose balance when you go up, don't bring you back backwards, just bring your chest forward lol.
