State Senator Dan Debicella reaffirmed his support for the elimination of state's business entity tax at a press conference in the Legislative Office Building. Passed in 2002 to plug a temporary budget gap, the annual tax of $250 is assessed to all business', large and small, profitable and unprofitable, simply for operating in the state.
