On March 14, 2011 in Sussex New Brunswick, a press release took place regarding shale gas exploration. This resident of Cornhill does not want to have the quality of his water threatened by shale gas mining activity under his farmland.

Not only does it affect the residents of Cornhill, it also will affect a very great business, the Cornhill Nursery, and we don't want that. No water= no way for plants to get their nutrients! Let Cornhill keep their water and not let what happened to Penobsquis residents happen to those of Cornhill! SAY NO TO SHALE GAS!
