Today I have lasik. -6 My right eye, my left eye was -5.5. Operation is finished, my world has changed in a moment I witnessed. I can see for myself I feel great! When I came home because of his stinging slept, I woke up everything was fine. for my glasses when I wake up:) then I realized that I do not need him anymore! Still no glasses when I could not get used to live:) I feel emptiness. Your world is changing at a time, an incredible feeling!

@YureinoFANS They were a little sore after the surgery, but that went away quickly. As far as the dryness goes, I notice it sometimes in the mornings. Otherwise, it's fine.
:) No scalpels on my surgery. 100% laser. I wouldn't let a scalpel touch my eye. Would freak me out.

can you see anything? and my mom said not everyone can do it do you know what she means

Can I see anything? I still see 20/20... I'm not sure what your mom means. Not every eye doctor can perform the surgery--you have to go to a laser eye clinic. Not every person can get the surgery. I was borderline... My eyesight and pupil size were factored in. Best bet is to find a reputable laser eye clinic and just go talk to them. They can tell you if you're a good candidate for the surgery.

Oops--hit "remove" instead of reply. I don't remember being able to see the laser. They just have you stare at a target right in front of you for the whole thing.

It really didn't. Eyes were numb through the whole thing.
