Hazard Tree Harford County Tree removal Arbor-X 2009 Rope Rigging

An unstable tree was contracted to be removed by Arbor-X Inc. in Bel Air, MD. Tree located in woods along a newly restored stream. Objective: Remove tree without dropping anything in stream or on it's banks. Newly planted dogwood stakes and other tree species growing in the new stream banks. No crane access, so Arbor-X doing it by climbing and rope rigging using two trees and two lowering devices. The tree to be removed was too unstable to trust to climb or rig from. The Lowering and Tie in trees both had hollow cavities at the bases as well, that's why we used two. This is my first attempt to edit and post a real video on the internet. X.

@acetreemaster Thanks "Ace". That video is way too slow for me to watch, that was my first one to edit I think, easy mistake to show too much and make it move too slow I think. I wish I put out some new vids this winter. We never seem to slow down anymore, the winter flew by. We have enough subscribers interested in new videos, so I really need to set aside some time and DO it.

I think I'll make the next one a crane assisted removal. I'll keep alternating, crane assisted and rope rigging.
