  • It's amazing. Marcus Baylor plays the drums like he's just speaking. It looks so natural and flowing. He integrates with the band perfectly, but still does these things that make the drums stand out. He's just living it. It's funny how it's not beastly like Thomas Lang or Dennis Chambers. I guess it's just a different style, but it's just so musical

  • Each year the Yellowjackets come to St. Louis I BEG them to play the Red Sea!! Having 20 CDs it's most difficult to select the night's songs I supose. ONE DAY, I get them to play the Red Sea!!

Lastly, my interpretation of their music is "A Celebration of Life". One cannot listen to their music and not want to live. Maybe the prisons of the world should play their music 24/7/52/12. I bet the Inmates would hear the Yellowjackets' inner message in their music. Basically, "LIVE!!"

  • IF you are driving and listening to this cut PLEASE PULL OVER and PARK before reaching 5:11 if you are a time-freak like me!! 3/4, 4/4, 6/4 and 12 - QUITE a head-rush!

  • They GRACIOUSLY played it here in St. Louis the last concert here! YEY!

  • @basicbruno So did you get them to play the song by now?

  • @Jadyellow8 I agree Marcus Baylor really brings something fresh to the table. Just an Incredible Soulful feel with tasteful musical ideas that just speak to you. What more can you say the cat is BAD.

  • @seanmckay6 I tottaly agree with you... music is quite different from sports... if some people are concerned with this matters they probably never listened music like they should... its a shame (even if these guys are all ridiculously good musicians, but... nevermind). Great upload!

  • @JonP1961

They were at aj azz festival in casper WY, and i was in the all state jazz band.

  • love it.

  • @Thunder029 It's really surprising to hear that because i thought that was true for Michael Brecker. Michael has been playing the EWI since it was created and has QUITE a voice on it. You should check it out. He usually played it with the group Steps Ahead

  • very good

  • Wonderful music!

    ¡Música maravillosa!
