I take it you are talking about the bits of plastic I used to hold the glass in with. They were the plastic blocks that you get at most D.I.Y stores. I think they are called joining blocks for chipboard, its the ones where you screw 2 x screws in one side and another screw from the other side.

the dimensions are roughly 18 inches wide x 36 inches high x 24 inches from back to front.
you can make the machine any sixe you want to really, just make sure the materials you get hold of or buy will be sufficient to make the machine.
