It could be a number of problems (Before I made random videos I also made SF ani's with legos [lol i love legos]). 1. The lighting (check it). 2. The files you are saving as it could be distored if you restorize, sketch/skew. 3. Windows movie maker. That stuff always is funky. Download Camtasia 6 for a 30 day trial. You should buy it if you like it. its pretty cheap. Good luck :)

I found out that it was the shutter speed on the quickcam. Thanks anyway!
