The US actually has the best military in the world. They have seen more action than any country within the modern times. You can say whatever the fuck you want about our training because it doesn't matter we the best training and that is REAL combat experience.

Iraq produces less then 3% of the worlds oil. All of which is next to impossible to ship to the states, to think they invaded for oil is plain ignorant.

@ARNTORXWINDIRX1184 To say that ALL the people in washington are doing a bad job and should be fired is ignorant. The problem is finding a medium in which all of them can agree. That's just the issue that will forever haunt the constitutional republic that we live in. There's plenty of people that ARE doing their job, and doing it very well. As for soldiers in the military, they joined for MANY different reasons, with WAR always being an event that could occur. It's just apart of their sacrifice

@Earlosaur this is how i see it...america, my home, is in desperate need of a revolution...by that, i mean that ALL in washington should be fired, because they are the true enemy of american citizens...which side does the military take in the event of a revolution? and why did they join in the first place? to carry out the orders of those that are destroying what the soldier pledged to preserve? unwittingly, theyve joined the side of the wicked, as pawns helping to seal our doom...yes, REALLY!

@Earlosaur our current military really is nothing more than a goon squad that works under the guise of "protecting freedom"...as long as their leadership is corrupt and incompetent, which they are, then they will never come close to being a worthy descendant of the military force that defeated the nazis...i wish very much that i could admire soldiers the way i once did, but i cant... i know their intentions for serving are noble and genuine, but noble and genuine isnt a part of their job desc.

@Earlosaur dont give me that shit...if you really think i was blaming the troops themselves for the current results of the wars, then you missed my point...i was merely pointing out that the "i wanna serve my country and protect the free world" crap that is too often used as the default reasoning of 17yo kids to join the military is nothing but absolute proof of the brainwashing i was referring to...i see them as poor fools for risking their lives for nothing more than to put us in MORE danger!
