@3choBlaster If you know Turkish people, the thing they love to do most is complain about things not being done the "right" way... I think I will start to encourage the women in my family to post their recipe video's on youtube to help spread our delicious food even more! :)

PASTIRMA ... aaahhhhh .... just hearing its name makes my mouth water ,,,, Pastirma .. good with eggs, white cheese, bread, baked or just raw ... it's indescribably delicious

@htcbetul Kinda harsh don't you think .. she's trying her best .. I agree tomato's aren't supposed to be in a Sigara Boregi, but take it easy man lol .. you can't expect foreigners to make our food perfectly. I see no Turkish woman cooking on Youtube.

You are doing it totally wrong. Tomato is never used in Turkish boreks, keep this in mind, ok. Who gave you this recipe, I reall wonder? You put too much ingredients to one little borek, its too heavy and thick like this. I think you should better come to Turkey and have some Turkish cuisine education before you put videos on youtube with the name 'Turkish Cuisine'.

you don't need to fry this rolls,put little olive oil to a glass tray,and put the rolls on it,.350 F only 15 min,much healtier :)
