its got adhesive when you get it and you remove the back sticker and put it on the back of the frame, wait 24 hours, and wala

no, it costs 11$ when you buy the gun if you want them to install it, and they custom mill it, if you dont get the custom milling, it comes with a strong adhesive so it sticks to the back of your gun.

the pad IS a sticker technically... so all you do is stick it to the surface, however for $30 there are people who will mill a recess in the frame so that the wire goes through the back and the pad is even with the rest of the frame... its actually very ncie looking when its done
