This is so timely! A few weeks ago I found out that my dad has kidney failure. The dr. thought that he only had a few weeks at best months to live.

@eleganz I lost 12 pounds in the last 2 months haha. That's what happened. I don't recommend unlimited amounts of cookies, ice cream, pie, and juice - that's how I put on most of the fat that peaked around the end of April.

@eleganz i use to drink raw milk up until a month ago.. theres alot of studies that say milk (casein) binds to antioxidants from fruit and all other antioxidants rich foods.. have u heard about this? google milk binds to antioxidants....... i use to enjoy milk kefir alot and now i get my fat from walnuts which isnt digesting very well!! its all so confusing to me!
