Galactic Highway Beta brainwave boost from Theta Realms.

This 15 minute sound journey is designed for those seeking to increase their beta brainwaves for focus, alertness and mental clarity. This mp3 can also be used for people exploring theta waves and could use a way to ramp back up to beta after a deep session or simply in the morning if waking up in a grogy state.

The sound journey Begins at 10 hz (beta) and slowly ramps up to the 8 minute mark where the settings peek at 20 hz beta and continue at 20 hz(beta)for the rest of the sound journey not going any higher.

As always multiple Entrainment methods are applied making this an effective brainwave stimulating sound journey with or without headphones.

Beta brainwave generation may not be suitable for everyone just as theta brainwave generation may not be for every one. Always remember when stimulating your brainwave if you ever feel uncomfortable you should always stop listening. Different days and different moods as well as different preconditions may have different effects on the listener even though stimulating the brainwaves is a natural process. Also people are different and produce different levels of brainwave activity and this can result is different sensations and experiences while listening to brainwave sound. Always follow the basic rule if you feel good then that's good.if think you feel any worse then before starting any brainwave sound program(from anyone)then stop listening. A wealth of information is available on line regarding the brainwave states and their associated experienced effects on the listener so educating your self is a plus.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Brainwave Music should not be listened to while driving or operating any kind of machinery or if your epileptic or prone to seizures.

  • 7 haters and 187 super awesome people!!!!

  • heh....i love your tracks and have used them quite often when trying to meditate or initiate lucid dreaming or OBE states. but...whenever super fast bpm techno drums come in, my reaction is always the same...i can't stand it lol. it just kills the vibe. oh well. and im not anti drum loops..i love dubstep and electronic music of all sorts. but when trying to meditate...such rhythms just make no sense. though, i guess you didn't post this purely for meditation. anyway, cool music! lol. im tired :P

  • @avedic i agree drum hits hac trigger and mess up a good deep theta state. most of my sound journeys are atmospheric! this is a beta induction track! so its certainly not for deep meditation! thanks for the comment.

    more to come:)

  • thank you, this is beautiful.....it may actually help me pass my finals this week.....

  • @p3ac3mong3r i hope it helped!

  • This is fantastic! I already feel more awake and focused. Thank you!

  • @jadecrow33 your welcome. thanks for the comment

  • Wonder if there is any way to map flashing lights in sync with the sound. The entrainment potential would have to at least double if lights were used in conjunction with the isochronics.

  • @Anarchyson1 Namaste is a greeting and shows respect. It's not Buddhist, it is cultural and originates in India, I believe. Youtube just happens to be available worldwide. Remember that next time you post rude comments.

  • I listen to this and become more responsive in the mornings. It actually makes me want to work.

  • It was doing it's job, until that 8 minute mark, where it about put me to sleep.
