Part two of the finals of the 2011 US Nationals. I didn't put up classics and I'm sorry so for my foreign viewers here is nationals, which are a heck of lot more important.

McKayla Maroney is awesome in vault.. She and Alicia are my 2 favorite vaulters. I actually got the chance to meet Alicia when I was In level 9 last year. She's amazing and funny. Now I'm in level 10 and want to meet McKayla lol.

@gymcat991 Cool!! I got to meet Mykayla because her cousins are my neighbors and we went to 2010 Visa's with them and in the box seats where her family was we met her . It was really cool.

@Twurlygurly2011 It was Bross' first meet back from her injury? And if you watched Shawn's meet at Pan Am's (the meet she went to instead of Worlds) she definitely was not ready for worlds. I'd sent Bross way over Shawn. And Alicia and Raisman have similar strengths. I doubt both of them would make it. I'd bet on Raisman because she has been solid, and she has a slight edge on vault and floor compared to Alicia.

It will be intresting to see which gymnasts make 2012. Sure, most of those girls in these videos do well at Nationals and at Classics, but I think what the judges should be aware of is which ones can handle so much pressure. I mean, look at Bross in Finals. She had back-to-back falls on that dismount and that was on the day of Nationals. For all us viewers know, she could easily freak out and screw up her chance to go to London. I think Alicia and Shawn would be better since they have gone befor

@retoricalanswers it actually now down to 5 gymnasts for 2012. it was always 7 then went down to 6 and now they are only allowing 5 for 2012. I agree, its going to be so hard to determine the team. i miss the old way of scoring of the 7-6-5 method.

Mckayla use to go to the gym I go to :) (Gym Max) She is super sweet! And that vault was incredible

i think picking the olympic team for 2012 is going to be NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE! the newbies are amazing (Weiber, Raisemans, Maroney) but then there are so many veterans trying to make come backs! (sacramone, Johnson, Memmel, now Liukin too). hm, maybe those seven should make up the team! .....or are we down to 6 nowadays?

@kstev2424 I was thinking the exact same thing! Sure, Bridgette had that big mistake where the grip messed her up, and a few other little mistakes here and there, but I wouldn't call it a disaster in any sense.

honestly, how does mckayla maroney get a 9.5 in execution for a near perfect amanar, and alicia sacramone gets a 9.5 too for a rudi with a large step back? they totally robbed mckayla, i would give her a 16.4
