In which I reveal something I've never revealed on video before...I'm 22 years old and I have dentures. It's nothing to be ashamed of.

If you wouldn't have said anything I never even would have noticed. Teeth are overrated and have actually throughout history been the number 1 reason all our ancestors died. You have in essence saved yourself a ton of trouble in the future and probably saved a ton of money as well. Maybe this denture thing is a good idea...hrmmm

@ieatthingshigh if i had not gotten all my teeth pulled, i would have died of blood infection...i almost did in november, when i had to get three teeth pulled and it infected my blood, i was in the hospital for a week and had to have a blood transfusion. not good. :(

I wanted to say thank you. I'm 23 and I just got the last remaining teeth pulled on the top and now I have to get dentures... They wouldn't give me the dentures immediately (I have to wait the 6 weeks to get them done) Thank you for your strength and honesty for this post. It makes me feel so much better about going through this.

I got my last 10 pulled on Friday and I've been depressed since. So, thanks.

Trust me i couldn't even tell until you told us, I am also 23 and have been told i will need them soon, i am trying to save the money for them!

@odomleah The same thing happened to me (the history of bad teeth anyway), not to mention damage from frequent tooth grinding, and a history of infections. The problem I'm having is getting mine to stay in and my pops choke me. I might have to get them rooted in with implants... :-/

You poor thing. I hope the dentures will make you feel better and improve your health. You would be amazed at how many younger people wear them...

Kudos to you time a million. I'm 26 years old and due to bad teeth running in the family and the fact that I am a lover of junk food my only option at this point is dentures. I'm currently waiting until I actually have the money to get them done but I have had months of anguish over it until the last few weeks. After watching your video I hope I have an ounce of the courage and confidence you do! :) You ARE awesome!!!

Most people don't know this but those of us without teeth are made out of AWESOME! Most people cant tell when I have my teeth in that I wear dentures. I don't wear them that often though, because after a while they become "itchy." If you know what I mean.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!! I'm 33 and even though you cant tell by looking at me my teeth are really sensitive and really bad. my first rootcanal was at 11. and i'm always in pain and always in the dentist and it's really expensive and i cant continue like this so im investigating getting a denture but i'm soooo afraid. looking at this video has given me so much comfort . i felt like i was to young to have dentures but seeing yours makes all the difference. and they look great to!!!!!!!!!

The old guy at work is 78 yrs old, and had his in since he was 22 yrs old.

He said he has allways been fine with them for the last 56 yrs.

I hope yours last too.

OMG I love how brave you are. I am 35 and got an upper plate and I slowly told just my closest friends and relatives about it. I too have a health problem and that is the reason I had to have my uppers done. An i went to the dentist a couple of days ago and I have to get a lower late done next month. I cried about that for so long. I don't see the differance from your earlier vids and this vid. My upper looks natural but I am so terrified that I won't look the same after my lower is done.

Id love to say a big thanks, You have givien me more confidence now. Im in my 20's also and i had all my teeth pulled. Iv been walking around with no teeth now for over a month. I cant wait to get my new onces. I kinda feel like a freak but i know its for the best. You look great BTW.xx
