I really want to do it, but every time I get mad hungry. I have always have an extreme binge eating disorder but if this diet controls diabetes, and hyperphagia is part of diabetes, why doesn't it sort me out, will the hunger just go? I have 100% faith in the diet I just do not know how to do it. I am no good with nuts or seeds and I am fine with raw veggies but do not feel so well with alot of raw kale or collards.
