he shouldnt be getting paid triple. just because theres three trailers doesnt mean its three loads worth. a normal trail is 53ft, that is probably pretty close to 100ft then 159ft

Top rate at UPS is around 80 cpm plus any non driving while on the clock is a shade under $30 hourly.

@kanukster most truckers hualing get paid base on how heavy there loads are. in this case i doubt that the case.

@kenworthdownunder So have you ever climbed a 10-15 percent 5km long grade in a snowstorm?? How about in deep mud?? You have no idea what minus 40 feels like, what it does to your tires and equipment...I am just saying that its simple to drive in the Australia road conditions. Your road trains are not used in the soft roads you speak of. Have you ever been off road with two pairs of trygs on the drives???

@1hotfred yea maybe you do, but you come here and try to pull ours in the heat, youll have the same problem. and snow and ice is bad but try driving them on unsealed dirt roads.. not the hard dirt roads but the soft ones that you slide everywhere on, its very easy to loose a trailer

@kenworthdownunder...these are harder to pull. your tandem axle dollys make it easy to pull trains, but it takes more skill to pull single axle dollies. they are more squirrley. you should try it sometime, if you even drive a truck that is.

@cotequadsport 99.9 percent of the time guys who pull triple,double,RMDs,colorado double,trunpike doubles usallly dont back them up becuase its just too damn difficult but there are few that can do it.
