i just discovered this band and they are awesome. i heard a song by the band taken by trees called "sugar" and loved that too. i figured out why when i realized the singer was the same woman!

Jonny usually knows a good band when he hears them. I think he obviously wanted to introduce them to britian on a large scale, but how could he know Vic would leave?

In a way she never really fit in with the rest of them...she looks so uncomfortable amongst them all smiley and bouncey. I think she just wanted to keep it in the music. If you look at the Concretes now you really can't imagine her being part of it.
