this is just pure beauty itself! so wonderful music that touches my soul~ especially the music of takemitsu surprises me, since I never heard of him before. But now I'm really stunned!! terrific!
(the only really annoying thing is the constantly coughing person in the audience. geez!)

I love the complete Brahms' symphonies a lot, including his 2nd Symphony in which that reminds me of Bruno Walter conducted that work....long before Solti, Karajan, Abbado & Muti came along.

Thank you for this. The Takemitsu work is my favorite of his; and there are so few recordings of it.

Great performance, bit pity tha only part from the whole piece MY COUNTRY. The first part isnt vitava but VLTAVA i\L (name of river in Czech Republic in Europe). Moldau is very dishonesting name from times of german ocupation.
