GTA 4 Ultimate Lag Fix Compilation 2011

You can find my previous gameplay on my channel it was about 12 fps max.
But then I searched a bit on youtube and I will make you a compilation of what you need to make the game run at a smooth speed.

My specs:
Intel Celeron D 3.2Ghz
2gb DDR2 Ram
Ati Radeon HD3450 512MB
MB: Asus P5GCM-X

At first GTA has killed my computer and then I did the following:

1. Make a .txt file in your gta root folder called commandline and type in the following:
-width 800
-height 600
-refreshrate 60
-novblank
-texturequality 0
-renderquality 0
-viewdistance 0
-detailquality 0
-shadowdensity 0
-nomemrestrict
-norestrictions
-availablevidmem 2.0
-percentvidmem 100
-noprecache
-safemode
-fullscreen
-minspecaudio

2. Download the contig.exe that will basically defragments the huge gta 4 folder to make it easier accessible for the computer:
a)Download the contig.exe

b)Copy the contig file to your gta 4 root(default installation) folder and then create a shortcut of it on your desktop.
c)Right click on the contig on your desktop and rename it to whatever you want.
d)Right click on the contig on your desktop , then select properties and then on the end of the game path add "-s" withouth the quotes and meke sure that you have made a spyce between the path and the -s.
e)Then run the contig on your desktop and wait for it to finish, it should be working for about 20 minutes depending on your CPU speed.

3.Download gamebooster and run it( it is a free software that makes a lot of difference in gaming)

4. Download Gta 4 downgrader:
a)first download it( Link:http://www.mediafire.com/?kwzomzmmyjy)
b)then put it in your gta4 root folder and run it.
c)after it has finished restart your pc.

5.Download the texture replacement :
a) Download it(Link:http://rapidshare.com/#!download|562l36|186766678|gtxd.rar|29609)
b)put it in your gta folder in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\data\cdimages and replace the original file(or better do a backup of it).

6.Then when you are ingame open the task manager and then go to processes and eng the launchgtaiv.exe and the explorer.exe , and then right click on the gtaiv.exe process and set the priority to realtime. ENJOY, RATE SUBSCRIBE PLS!!!

@MrHaska1 my pc is extremley slow and the most fps i get is 7fps on a very low setting do you think when i do this ill be able to run it on higher settings with more fps

shadows disabled and you get this poor perfomance? in a ati hd5450 when i disable de shadows the game runs on 50 fps

Ur computer is awesome gaming pc when it has a awesome cheapy Celeron and HD 3450! Probably best computer ever O_O
