Saying that you need one or two protein drinks a day is little bit off. First you would have to count the proteins you get from your food and then drink shakes if you can't get enough from your normal food. For normal persons the need of protein is about 1g/kg and for people who exercise it's about 2g/kg. If you don't work out and you weigh 60kg you would need about 60 grams of protein a day.

I don't get it. She put protein powder in, milk in and then egg whites. That is a lot of protein. Shouldn't you space the three out. I mean normally you only need around 30-40 grams of protein at once. I think you should space it out a little other wise you may be just wasting a lot of expensive protein.
If you listen carefully to the video, you will see that when doing very heavy lifting, you need much more protein than the average person. An average toning up lifter needs one glass per day.
