  • Thank you Dana for expressing this- I've always liked the notion for maximizing liberty & equality. I found libertarian ethics short by 50% and wondered why (its right there: "All men are created equal...").

I ran several workplace democracy promotion websites, I see it happening online someday. I hope you'll join us.

  • @tkoaho I usually add "human well being" into the mix of "liberty" and "equality," but I forgot to do so this time. I would love see an example of one of your workplace democracy promotion websites. I am very interested in that stuff. Could you send me a link by PM?

  • A true thinker we have in you Dana, a real gentleman. You pass at least my own subjective test in that I find myself ensuring some of your videos, even ones, perhaps especially ones, that are "antagonistic" to my own. I shall have to listen to your contentions again, but I can say, the first pass has given me much cause for reflection. Well done, as always!

  • @LudditeRomantic Thanks, LR for your kind comments. I hope you and your family are well.

  • Dana I do wish you would Communicant with your viewers. it,s been over three months or more since we have heard from you.I do miss your discourse

  • you blew my mind away.

  • What are your thoughts on capitalism?

  • @tkoaho

That will never happen do to the nature of Greed. Corporations are based as all capitalist structures on the god of greed. Greed drives Capitalism. As long as as this Long road of Self greed is imbued in Capitalism. Capitalism will drive its self into Extinction

  • old Hippy blues.

I am a child of the Sixty's. Long forgotten memories. My hair is old and frayed. So I am an old dissuasive so you might say. My memories are lessons to those who will listen. This Beautiful Liv's you lead. you take for granted. As I once did. You have a very tough life ahead of your self's.I do feel so sorrow for what is ahead. No not Religion. Not the Sooth Sayers. But for you the Challenges before you are so daunting. I feel fear for you. I don't know maybe It's just me

  • @DanaGarret: the sites are defunct at this point. I think there is something key to they idea though. There are a few remaining Co-Ops out there- I've visited Rainbow Grocer out in San Fran and 'interviewed' several random employees to get a sense of things. They loved it-- and the average turnover rate there was very low-- relatively speaking.

I sincerely beleive the next step for our capitalism is to restructure the institution of the corporation to be more egalitarian-- more co-op like.

  • "pure poppycock"... words of wisdom there. grade A video. well done.

  • @DanaGarrett

I am speaking in anecdotal generalities on this point, of course.
