  • I lost the sight in my dominate eye which is my right eye, will I have to learn to shoot a handgun left handed to be accurate or can I continue with my right hand and sight with my left eye

  • @tallahatchieman If you were shooting a shotgun or rifle the answer would be a resounding, "yes!" You would be far better off switching and shooting off of your left shoulder. But, with a handgun you can adjust where you hold the pistol, slightly to the left, and turn your head, slightly to the right, and you should be fine holding the gun with your right hand and generating a solid sight picture with your left eye.
