Sorry for the low volume.
I'm running a thin wire inside the length of the lamp which is picking up fluctuations in the electromagnetic field. I then feed it through an old Boss pitchshifter effect to tune it to a particular key. Finally it goes through a mixer and speakers.
I can get different light/sound behaviour by feeding it 0 - 230V using a mixer usually employed for lighting photo sets.
Check out the starters flashing at the beginning of the video. Zap, pow pow!
