Frozen. {A Lolena One Shot} 1/2

I wanted to have a perfect summer. With lots of sunshine and someone special. The thing is, not everything goes according to plan...

I wasn't unloved. That wasn't the problem...

The day I realized that I was living a nightmare was when I was forced to choose between one.

I dug my head into his chest and felt his arms wrap around me. I was in my best friend's arms. I was safe. I told myself to stop crying... to stop shaking. He gave me a slight squeeze and started rocking me. My clothes were soaking wet against his warm body. "I... I... he... her... h-" stuttering, I barely managed to choke out what I had to say.

"Shh..." he softly whispered. "Everything's going to be alright." I felt his lips on my head and shut my eyes tight. I took a breath and looked up at him. "He did it again Logan. He lied to me. He said he wouldn't..." I started stuttering and sobbing again. My eyes wandered the room and I pulled away from him. "I need to go h-home..." I choked out, wrapping my arms around myself. That did no help since my sweater was soaked. I rolled up the sleeves and the cold air inside of Logan's living room hit my arms like a needle. I started shivering and rubbing the palm of my hands up and down my arm, trying to warm myself up. I head straight for the door. My hand grabbed the door knob and opened the door. The sky was engulfed in darkness, rain was still being pulled onto the ground by gravity. "Selena... don't le—"

I had to go. "I'm sorry for bothering you." My foot stepped out his house onto the wooden floorboards of his porch. The minute my boot touched the wooden floor, a roar of thunder escaped from the dark sky's mouth and flashed a strike of lightning not too far from where I was standing.

I let out a scream and ran back into Logan's arms. His chest was moving, indicating that he was chuckling; I guess he stopped when he realized that I had started crying again. "Sorry." he switched sides with me and shut the door and then pulled me on to the couch. "Look at me..." he lifted my face. I had no choice but to meet his oceanic blue orbs. His thumb wiped away a few tears that were attempting to fall over the plump of my cheeks. Then I caught him glancing at my lips. The moment I looked at his he looked back into my eyes, gulping, and blushing a bit as if embarrassed. "He doesn't deserve you..."

He gazed at my lips again and then slowly lifted my face to his. Our lips met and went in rhythm.

That's when I realized I was in love with my best friend.

"I promise I wont do it again! Just stop chasing me!" I ran along the shore, a huge grin was placed upon my face. The water from the ocean splashed against my feet as I screamed. I glanced over my shoulder. "Nick, come on! I promise!" He yelled out "No!" and let out a laugh. I started to push my feet to move faster, but just then the ocean had carried another wave to shore and it soaked my feet. The ice cold water hit my skin and I shrieked. Nick's arms wrapped around me from behind and lifted me up. "Did you really think I wouldn't catch you?" he asked picking me up bridal style and spinning me around. I giggled and playfully hit his chest. "Idiot. I said I was sorry." I looked up at him and studied his face. The corner of his lips were tugging into a somewhat smirk. He set me down and wrapped his arms around my waist. I looked into his chocolate brown eyes and my hands went up to his hair. I started playing around with his curls. He chuckled. "You're too cute."

"Really? I had no idea." I said smiling. I wrapped my arms around his neck and leaned up on my toes. "I love you Nick." Our lips connected and I felt myself smile against the kiss. He pulled away and frowned. "I love you too Selena."

I looked at him concerned. "What's wrong?"

He locked his brown eyes on mine, and in a dead serious tone said one word. "Choose."
I scrunched my eyebrows together. "Between what?"
"If you had to choose, who would you pick? Me... or Logan?"


eh. stupid video got ruined ignore it. and i didnt edit this. it was done while i was crying my ass off at 5 in the morning writing.
