can you buy a rim without having to change the spokes ?

@jackshep94 if you buy a rim (outer hoop) you won't be able to use it without attaching it to your bike somehow!

if your current spokes are very used (stretched) and/or not the right length, you should use new spokes as well :)

You forgot to explain the tucking the last cross under part of the job. It is bad if none are done, but if you are not paying attention to this , then some will be tucked under and others not, and that is even worse.
