  • Generally speaking, "dont work into pain" applies to the early stages of rehab or the whole process?

  • @lorakcz All periods of rehab and training. If something hurts this is a bad sign which means something is being damaged.

  • Had a repaired acl and meniscus and was prohibited any movement or flexion up until 1 month post op. Its been the month and still have pain and havent regained full range of motion!!!

  • i had my surgery over a year ago and i still have a stiff knee
