  • @GregorryMartin

Me too! I did everything and nothing really worked!

Good thing this friend of mine recommended me:

    JumpHigher.info

I gave it a shot and it gained me 14in in less than

15weeks and now I can dunk as higher as I can.

And now, a lot of people tends to notice my

    high jumps..:) Great isnt?

  • thats some awsome power and flexibility there

  • o-line training session?

  • What's the purpose of sitting and rocking into the jump? Doesn't that give you a bit of momentum? Or is it negligible? I only ask because when I was learning pistol squats using boxes to set my depth, I always tried not to rock forwards into the squat, cos that's not what I'd be doing once I'd gotten rid of the boxes (managed that now)

How can I incorporate box jumps into my lower body training? Do them after squats on my squatting day, or after deadlifts on deadlift day?

  • Is sitting before the jump more effective than standing?

  • the more you improve on the hieght of the boxes the higher the vertical

  • pretty good for fat guys... that WAS a compliment, in case you couldnt figure it out.

  • impressive fellas.

  • there's a new smarter breed of meathead! ;D

  • socks? guys that looks dangerous lol

  • This is an excellent video on how to build jumping power in your legs and strengthen them, I actually do this exercise with weights on my ankle to build up power for free running and martial arts. Great Job on this video, it may not look like much to people that don't realize how important doing this is. 5 Stars!!!
