Canada Day on Major's Hill with Anya chosen to help busker. My daughter was thrilled to be chosen to help the juggler with his act. The Checkerboard Guy was buskering on Major's Hill on Canada Day. Anya and I had just sat down to watch him when he called out for help. Anya jumped right up with arm raised high and waving. As he turned away, Anya sat down a little disappointed. A couple of weeks ago, she was a children's magic act where kids vollenteered to help and each got a balloon. Anya just talked about wanting to help a performer and get a balloon. Serendipity struck. The juggler, says "She's wearing a red dress." Anya was wearing a red dress. "She's wearing a big, floppy hat." Anya was wearing a big floppy hat. "She's got red hair". This was getting exciting. "She this tall." At that, Anya stood up and ran out into the centre. You'll have to put up with my abnoxiously, proud voice over, but Anya was just thrilled to bits.
This video has made my day.
I've got a great big idiot-grin on my face after watching the video and reading how he called out his helper just makes it even better.
That's one incredibly happy kid.
Thanks for posting it.
