I think Mr. Gates is mis-applying the term "criminal". The Israelists are using political means to achieve their objectives. Influence, persuasion, policy-development, and money have allowed them to become the arbiters of US policy. All these things remain within the arena of politics. However, they are guilty of duplicity in pursuing an agenda for a foreign country while claiming to be working for the benefit of the US.
