This 3-disc fully-loaded program examines 4 original and innovative Bo Staff form patterns. The forms are theme oriented. The specific form themes gives insight as to why the pattern was created the way it was. The form principles vary from focusing on power based techniques to fluid footwork and dynamic combinations. The themes also serve as guides as to how the individual forms should be practiced and demonstrated as far as rhythm, spirit and intensity. These themes derive from the 4 elements: Earth, Fire, Wind and Water. All of the forms are broken-down into segments and then linked together into the finished pattern. We then combine all of the patterns into one form that is the ultimate element form.
