Like it or not, if there is a Yes today, is thanks to Rabin. He gave the group an impulse that lasts until today. And... ruin? ruin what? the yes that made tormato or drama? I think they'd done a great job just before Rabin came aboard.

Trevor was awesome with Yes, but unlike most guitarists he is so musical and melodic. I wish he would do more with bands like Yes.

Live a Bit is another great song on this album.

As someone said, another great song on this album is Love Life. But the album released on Chrysalis records in 1978 is not the same as the album released on RPM (South Africa) in 1977 known as BEGINNINGS. I always thought the Chrysalis version sounded a bit "cheap" for 1978, and when i finally heard how it originally sounded as Beginnings, it was just a bad mixing/mastering job done on the Chrys version. FIND BEGINNINGS with the original track listing. Some songs were removed in 1978.

As a guitarist, I think he is underrated. He is a guitar virtuoso with strong sense of melody.

my dad grew up with this man, they were childhood friends and they started in a band together with some other school friends when they were younger, but they went their seprate ways, i wish my dad had carried on his muscial carreer

I just started listening to Trevan's solo work, wow amazing!

awesome
@marbananta As a guitarist, I think he is over-rated. He is a talentless hack with a lazy and uncreative propensity for rhythm guitar and pentatonics.
