Arbitron does not release it's ratings, goofy. The 13.5 mill number is what limbaugh claimed on his radio show 2 yrs ago during the "phony soldier" dust-up. ClearChannel claims that number still, but it is a "cumulative audience" number that adds up the same audience every hr., plus very fishy audience projections at their many small stations that they force to take the limbaugh show. NPR has a larger "actual" audience, with 10 mill listening, on avg, every hr--limbaugh's number is 1.5 mill/hr.
