If it were made by 6156, I'm sure it would be. But this is part of "The NBC Collection" by Gari Communications.

Bill Ratner is also the v.o. for WXYZ 7(WPTV's sister station in Detroit). But also, I think this news theme should be called either Tower V.4, or Tower V.5.

Hey, KJRH (WPTV's sister in Tulsa), if you're reading this, use these gfx and hire Bill Ratner for your v.o. They'd work great together, IMO.

Yes it is. Based on Gari's website, it's one of 195 updated themes from the NBC's New Generation 2 package.
