I just got back from the doctor yesterday and they say i have autoimmune hepatitis.. They prescribe me some medicine, but from what the doctors said about the affects and other details I don't like.. So can anybody tell what vitamins that i can take for this..

I don't know if it will help you, but it wont hurt whatsoever, Do you get out in the sun much, if not it could very well help big time.
only take the d3 other stuff is poison.
I have stopped taking it because I was on 10000 a day for 7 months,
now when I get bad I pop 15000 iu now and then. I have not taking any drugs since its great.
I suggest you go get it now, for me about 1 hour and inflamation starts to go away.

I have had ulcertive colitis for 7 years and it was fine for A long time and now i've been having A really bad flare up it has even been leaking if i do much activity. Would this vitamin D3 help with that? I am having A very hard time what to do!

I have crohns and its gone just by taking 10000 iu a day of vitamin D no drugs whatsoever now!
