@TheBorealguy good point.....we've stopped microwaving in plastic dishes, so vinyl tarps probably aren't the best to heat either.

Use canvas tarps or wool blankets, NO plastic! Toxins are released from the plastic which you are then 'cleansing' yourself and others in, think about it! Glad to see some learning happening.

Full of inaccuracies, some of them offensive and dangerous. The druids didn't burn sweetgrass. The sweatlodge is not "universal". There is no one "Celtic" culture as there is no one "Native American" culture - the religions of these diverse nations cannot all be merged by your fantasies. This is offensive to Native American and Celtic religions. The guy in this video is ignorant and offensive.
