JALAPENO BREAD ROLLS

Ingredients
1.Plain or chive cream cheese 1 cup
2.salt /crushed black pepper To taste
3.Cumin seeds 1 tsp
4.Curry powder/Garam Masala 2 tsp
5.Garlic (crushed) 2 tbsp
6.Boiled and mashed potatoes 2 small or 1 large
7.Chopped onion 1 cup
8.mozzarella cheese 1 cup
9.Fresh cilantro/parsley (chopped) 1/2 cup
10.Sandwich bread 10
11.Jalapenos 10 large
Method
1.Take 2 tsp olive oil in a pan on medium-low heat. Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, garlic, mashed potatoes, salt and pepper and stir. Turn the heat off. Add cream cheese and Garam Masala and mix properly. Set aside to cool slightly.
2.Slit the Jalapeno chillies and remove seeds and vein. Stuff generously with the filling mixture taking care not to over fill. Set aside.
3.Cut the crusts off the bread slices. Soak each bread slice, one at a time, in water for about 5 seconds. Squeeze out water gently by pressing between palms.
4.Place a bread slice on the work top, place one filled jalapeno in the center on one side and roll the rest of the slice over to cover the jalapeno firmly. Ensure that the edges are well sealed. Similarly fill and roll the remaining bread slices.
5.Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the rolls on medium high heat until golden brown. Drain and place on absorbent paper
