How to build a speaker box template,as requested by 13flako951

1. you'll need a continental kit for your bicycle
2. Scissors,razor blade,#2 pencil
3. trace the circle of your speaker cover onto the cardboard
4. cut out the circle an inch from the outside (so you want it to be smaller in diameter so it fits snug but not too tight)
5.you may need to trim for the box to fit along the continental kit rails completely flush
6. when it fits the way youd like, copy the whole template onto sheetmetal x2a along with 2 support beams for a flush look and weld or JB weld all 4 pieces together

**Warning** please do not use cardboard as your final design..transfer the template to sheetmetal!...enjoy

  • Ayyye bro thanks for posting up this I've been trying to get a pair of speakers on a bike!! But I could never seem to get it how would I turn some subwoofers into some portable speakers??I get really confused..and instead of weilding could I use wood?

  • @tSkHYfEINtSK No problem :), to answer your question, Im not sure if it is possible to make some small subwoofers portable, but then again, anything is possible :). I'll do some research and then post up a new vid once I do find that out , also, ofcoarse! you can most certainly use wood, you would just have to attach it onto the continental kit, by either making a harness for it to sit in,or take the blue print that I did and it should work out just fine, if not Better! :),

  • @tSkHYfEINtSK lol kk ive made my 2 12" subs portable and 2 6X9s ina box on my bike any things possible with some car batterys and som ducktape lol

  • @drake1351 ok, make a video..Id like to see that!

    Epik

  • CAN YOU TRY TO PUT A SPEAKER ON A STEARING WHEEL FOR THE LOWRIDER BIKE

PS- YOUR VIDEOS ARE VERY HANDY

  • @187Brainiac most def, first I wanna say Thanks 187Brainiac, I appreciate the compliment and thanks for checking out my video :)..now to answer your question..it definetely is possible to put your speaker in a steering wheel..Ive never personally done it..but if i was to tackle that mod for a show bike, I would wire it through the frame to the battery supply (maybe under the seat or behind the seat post) and then to your headunit..or if a daily rider..you can try to hide the wires still. :)

  • @liddelfan1 Thanks for the comment :) you can use JB Weld...they have it at most hobby shops and also at Home Depot in the caulking section and glues, etc...what you do is..mix it together, the weld, and the hardener...on the package it should tell you how much hardener to put into the mix...but..it works pretty well when done right :) glad I could help! :)

  • Nice vid hella helpful....wat is it that u said u can use if u aint to good at welding?

  • @marcmoreno13 you should be able to put a 6x9 in there ,aybe even 2 if you angle them ..or even afew smaller subwoofers in there :) I hope that helps
