I heard that In the US there are over 20 thousand laws regarding hacking and its kind.
Not sure about else where, but i am pretty sure that if some one found out your name that you would be in big trouble.But that is less likely seeing as this video is still here.

unless he did something with a bank account he wouldn't go to jail. Most hacking isn't even illegal. as long as it doesn't bother federal crap or anything it's fine. hack your phone, game acct etc.. not illegal. hack your phone and steal your credit card number and use it/sell it illegal.

@CrazyandShort if actually read the license agreement it states that gold farming or taking gold or "hacking" someones account is not going to put you into court. its just going to get you banned from the game. Also you dont have access to their credit card information because it only shows the last 4 digits of the credit card and it cannot be used for anything except blizzard products. so nice argument and all but your wrong.....

And after this, you get hauled into court for a federal offense. Not only are you taking gold, which is stealing in it's own right, but you, with access to their name and password, also have access to credit card information. This is Identity Theft. Your mom must be proud to be raising a criminal.
