  • great landing, i think its the smothes i have seen in a cirrus, have a question i just received my private pilot license and am working on the instrumen rating, i am considering buying either a c-182 with g1000, or a cirrus 22, what is your opinion on the 182 and specially on g1000?

    thanks

    ps i am form mexico

  • Hello,

    Thank you.

Between G1000 and Avidyne, I have no hesitation. Avidyne is really easyer than the G1000. I never experienced it but several pilots told it. Espacially my instructor. He says that the G1000 is VERY difficult to use. C82 or SR22? it's another plane and budget. For me the CIRRUS is actually really the best plane in the world in it's category. (4.000 machines sold in 10 years!)

Greatings from Brussels to Mexico and happy landings ! :o)

  • I add: if you have the money to fly a SR22, buy it without delay ! :o)

You'll be the most happy man of Mexico!

  • 4 red your dead. ............

little flat on the approach there, lol

  • what the guy on the lright didn't know was the PAPI's were all red!!! hahahaha smooth landing tough

  • Nice job!!! I cant even get outta bed that smooth!

  • it is a prop aircraft 1 engine in the middle they are about 396,000 nright now.

  • One time landing in CYXE, first time landing the R model I actually wasn't sure if I was on the ground. I'll be damned if I can ever do it again. :)

  • Actually it is a piston powered prop

  • NICE! You can't get any more smoother than that most times. These luxury light jets are just too awesome.

  • Great landing. I haven't done anything that smooth in a C172.
