Is beets that pink all the time in the US? Beets in Trinidad which is in the Caribbean is so dark red like blood. Maybe i will do a video to show you. Great video as usual, keep up the great work.

Beets, clementines, and dill?!!? These words CALLED to me!!! I am obsessed with all three of these raw foods. :) Oh my god and you have coconut cream. I think I just died!!!! I am so grateful you aren't one of those raw foodies who makes lots of nut and seed recipes. I feel so much more refreshed with coconuts and avocados or no fat at all!!

for those of use just getting into a more "green" diet, how do you feel about psyllium husks for added fiber? i take them to aid with bowel movements and assume that since they are "natural", they are good for me? do you have any knowledge on psyllium?
