This is my favorite video on YouTube...period. It's also one of the most personally inspiring things I've ever seen. This video serves as the apex of my piqued interest in this sport, and I'm now certain that this will become a part of my life.
Thank you for posting!!

@tontar finished by basic training! I boxed the field a couple times. Next is my novice train and I need all that gear. It is a feeling that cannot be described!
I have booked lessons starting April 30th for two weeks solid. I am going to be that guy!

@tontar Had my first lesson yesterday. OMG! I'm in love!! I had 4 "flights" attached to the tow rope. Just wow. Rained out today. Hoping for more tomorrow, but may rain again. The rest of the week is fun and sun. Every damn day! I may not go back to work. hahaha

Magnificient !
Making people dream that all there is.
Strange how you can see the lower surface close to the leading edge flaping @ 4:02 though
By the way your pictures are the best

@aerospin1 Thanks! At high speeds and low angles of attack, the flow over the bottom surface sucks the bottom down near the leading edges. Just like that Bernoulli trick blowing over paper causes it to suck to the airflow. It happens even with a positive angle of attack because of the leading edge thickness; the air hits it and is deflected both up and down, like blasting a round pole with a water hose. Behind that downward bulging, the lower surface does go back to following the relative flow.
