I absolutely hate it when people get all stuck up about things like this. Yeah, they made fun of America's overweight population. Whoopty-freakin-doo. It was funny. The difference between the overweight and say cancer patients is the fact that the overweight can at least do something to help their condition. Eating healthy and exercising is not that difficult.
