@CheckpointUSA wrong info again huh? They are not. A DUI checkpoint is set up reference reasonable suspecion in that specific area which means 10x more vehicles can be stopped and checked out and not to mention back up already on scene.

@CheckpointUSA hey NASCAR, check check says the same shit to everyone and it's simply not true. He says fixed location like we just set them up with our eyes closed. There's a reason why the checkpoint is at a certain location. It's never a random set up.

@CheckpointUSA see you at the next DUI checkpoint check this summer.

@rolloverriderpgr BUT! Because my job was driving when they refused unemployment I took it to arbuation and won because the Federal Government telling the state that I could not drive a truck for a year I DID have the right for unemployment due to them taking my profession away and thus I got a check for 1 year! I did not lose my privilege to drive my car or ride my motorcycle just my privilege to work. It's still not a RIGHT even if you are a trucker.

@CheckpointUSA see you this summer check.

@rolloverriderpgr Sorry Deezyn This should have gone to another commenter on me but I will have to say that the roads being public property does not mean you can drive a vehicle on them until you have a license as proof you passed the tests yada yada yada. We can ride our horses on the right of way or our bicycles where the rules say we can but still it's just not a right to drive. Even a trucker has no right to drive. I know. Mine was suspended back in 01 due to my lead foot.

@rolloverriderpgr car or motorcycle the sales person will ask for your DL before they even break out the contracts? Because they can't sell to someone without a DL. If you do not have one and are buying for another that person has to come in with a DL as proof they can drive. I have a son that still hasn't gotten his license because he can't pass MY tests so what? I'm violating his rights? No, he can walk or ride a bicycle anywhere he wants as he understands the rules....
-
@rolloverriderpgr ..not hand the officer that pulls you over your license? Yes you do and don't even think any one reading this will believe you if you say no. If you refuse you will be put into the back of the unit and the cop will have your wallet in his hands and it will be gone through. Seen it happen. Traveling by car isn't a right so I guess you have a horse somewhere or you have a pilots license. To exercise your right to travel. Why do you think when you go to buy....

Maybe you should read that rulebook yourself rolloverriderpgr. In order for cops to compel an individual to take a sobriety test, they have to already have probable cause to believe your driving drunk. If they attempt to compel someone to do so without the prerequisite probable cause, they would in fact be violating the law.
@EscaladeMXZ I'd rather be mangled by a drunk than have my liberties perverted by an authority appointed without my consent, fuck you very much! I shouldn't have to carry identification of any kind as my identity is no person's business but my own, I shouldn't have to pledge my private vehicle to the state and I shouldn't have to answer to anyone unless I violate and/or damage another man's/woman's rights and/or property!

@notaroundme You seem like a typical internet keyboard warrior. You come off like a pussy with your BS statements. Are you trying to be threatening? You are a coward. If you have a problem with people knowing their rights maybe you should be flinging burgers or sucking cock. Because you sure are not a good officer...you are just a pussy.
