DaveCN5 is right though. LED (light emitting diode) lights and strobes (stroboscopic lamps) are completely different technology. Yes, there are some flash patterns called "strobe", but for the most part it has to do with the technology. Do a google search for "difference between strobe and LED" and do some reading of your own.

thank you stricklandjc they are for off road. i put led strobe because some people out there dont know the difference and i was trying to chatch peoples eyes so they would look at the vid. SO DAVECN5... sorry for upsetting you and if you feel then need to leave a comment please... leave one, but i am sure you are so bizzy looking at gay porn anyway to even bother. and for the record i am "NOT A COP" I have friends and family in law enforcment so i am very aware of the laws of impersonation. :)
